Day 7. Documentary.
For a moment there i thought i lost it. Not that i already haven’t so-to-speak, but lost the motive to write day 7. I figured with these series of blogs i will not try to give up on the dailyness- this would make me a failure. Instead i’ve decided if i miss out a day to merely replace it with the valid reason of why i forgot- i.e: went to see Radiohead or went to the gym.
Yeah like i’d ever go to the gym.
So today was about showing us previous pieces of 360 cross media documentary to enable us to get inspiration. Instead i felt dead at the fact i really want to create something Flashy (get it) but alas i must sit reading a Flash book as if it be a guide on  how to be a Jedi. Which in theory should mean i will eventually study it inside out.
The above picture shows the attempt to listen in class and take note of my thoughts about the project brief we’ve been given. It does without a doubt show a City, with a whale living in the sewer. Now get ready for the metaphor-
The city represents people and day-to-day activity. The whale presents natural history being slowly destroyed by man.
We learnt about visual metaphors and how we can incorporate them into our websites for deeper meaning. Did i plan that doodle? No. Did i listen in the lecture? Yes.
Going to shut up? Yes.
